No pic kinda post... haha.

Ya.. sorry about this post not having pictures... I know it is much more fun to read when there are pictures, but I kinda just feel a little lazy at this moment and don't want to email pictures to me and then save them and then put them on here.... haha. Wow.. that makes me sound really lazy because that isn't even hard to do. ha.

Ok so right now I am curled up in a blanket on my couch writing this post. 

I have been so cold today, I have my moccasins on and everything! haha. 

Well the past little bit I have been sick and haven't really went anywhere because of it, and I think I might just explode if I don't go anywhere soon!! hahha. Which is why I am so excited that there is a game tomorrow, and then Saturday there is DYW practice in the morning and then a baby shower for my SIL (YAY I am so excited for baby Hawker (Little J as Aust would say, because he calls Alex "J") to get here!!).

Ok so tomorrow is the first day of February and I am SO excited!! :) I just realized that tomorrow is the 1st of Feb. and it's weird because I have been thinking that every day the next day will be Feb. except the day that the next day really is going to be Feb. haha. 

Well I am excited for February for a few reasons! :) But I will just name a few for now, and as the month goes on I will name others! haha. Well, the baby shower which I already talked about! Then it is my sister Sheena's birthday (I would link you guys to her blog, but she hasn't written on it in FOREVER... hahaha. But don't worry, you will always hear about her on my blog! :)), well she shares her birthday with Super Bowl this year! haha. I will let you in on our deets of our party afterwards! haha. :) But it is going to be a blast! :)

And of course... VAELNTINE'S DAY!!!! :D WOOHOO... I have always loved valentine's day, even when I didn't have a Valentine's.... It's just a happy holiday and maybe I like it because pink is my favorite color and pink is a main color on this holiday! hahha.

Anyways.... ya. So February is going to BOMB!!! :) (Except we will be doing tax stuff too which won't be too bomb, but it'll be bomb once it's over, and we have an accountant so we don't really have to worry about stressing over getting everything right! haha)

K honestly... the reason why I haven't blogged in like what a week and a half? Maybe 2 weeks? Maybe longer... YIKES!!! Is because it just makes me think of my homework, and I haven't really been in the mood for homework lately, which of course I do it, because I wouldn't get good grades if I didn't, but whenever I get on to blog, I just think, man I should really be doing my homework.. and therefore, no blogging! haha.

BUT... Tomorrow is the start of a new month which means a fresh start for blogging! haha. So I am going to try to think of things to blog about, so I don't bore you guys with no blogging... hahha.

That is another reason I haven't blogged, I don't really know what to blog about lately... Any suggestions?? :)

Bath Products and Dilemma...

Ok... are you ready to hear about my day?!?! haha.

So it started out with me sleeping in! I was just so dang tired (and there was no cheer practice)!

It was so nice to get that extra sleep in! :) So I woke up about 9 am and I saw something on pinterest that I wanted to try! :) I have been waking up every day lately with an upset stomach... Well.. I found a link about cinnamon and honey and everything it can do for you! :) (stomach aches, weight loss, digestion, etc.) Once I saw that it helps stomach aches I was sold! So I warmed up a cup of water and put 1 Tablespoon of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon in it! :) And it worked!! But it tasted really watered down, so I might add a tinsy bit more honey next time! :) And I'm going to drink it every morning! :)

Then I sewed a little and finished a project, that I will let you know about shortly! :)

Then I decided to kill 2 birds with one stone, so I walked in my bathroom to find this:

 DANG!!! So I tried to get it to just go back in the wall and it didn't work... So our towel rack is hanging by a thread! haha. Well anyway, I didn't want to worry about it, and I wanted to do what I went in the bathroom to do and that is TAKE A BATH!! :)

Bath and Body Works had their semi-annual sale and I saw these gems and had to get them! :)

I took a bubble bath with the energy one and I loved the smell of it!! :)

Well the 2 birds with 1 stone I was talking about was taking a bath and doing homework at the same time! I haven't taken a bath in AGES!! I always just shower because it's faster and I never feel like I have time to just relax and enjoy a bath. (And I feel like baths are dirty!)

I decided I needed to relax every once in a while and why not take one if I can do my homework at the same time?? So I grabbed my bathroom cleaner (which I cleaned the bath tub yesterday for like 2 hours, that includes the tile on the wall of the bath tub too though.. haha. But I just wanted to clean it again so I knew it was sparkling clean and ready for me to get in!) and I went to town cleaning the bath tub for a good half hour! haha. I would spray it down, scrub it, rinse it off with hot water, and repeat in case I missed a spot or it needed extra cleaning, and I probably repeated that process about 10 times!! hahaha. I think I'm a germaphobe  when it comes to bath tubs! haha.

Well I finally got done cleaning it and took the energy bubble bath and put it in the bath and filled the bath tub up with hot water! :) I got in and started doing my homework and it worked out great! :) (My homework was reading in case you were wondering! :) Not sure if I could have my computer or write in the tub!! hahaha.) Then it was so relaxing I just sorta lost track of time and an hour went by! haha. So I drained the bath tub and cleaned it again and then took a shower! :) (I don't think I could ever just use a bath as a shower and call it good... I would not feel clean! ha.)

Well the water was just so warn that I ended up taking an hour long shower too... but it ended after that because there was no more hot water, so I had to rinse out my conditioner and wash my face with freezing cold water!! haha.

Oh and in between that I cooked a glazed ham for lunch and went to the post office and the bank! haha. :)

So ya that is basically how my day has gone! :) haha.

Catching Up Part 10: December and January! :)

December we were able to do so many new things. We went to Minnesota for a farming forum thing and we got to go to the Mall of America! :) It was SO much fun! Our hotel was in Minneapolis, so we rode a town bus thing to the lightrail which is the train that goes from the Target Center to the Mall of America, and that is what we took to the Mall of America! It was SO fun, it is the biggest mall ever!!! haha. We didn't even make it through the whole thing, but what we did make it through was awesome from the food to the shopping!! :)

We celebrated Austin's birthday, sat up our Christmas decorations, had family parties which we always love! :) We had a great time on Christmas and we got to talk to my brother, who is on his mission in Brazil! :) He told us that he gets home July 4th!!! AHHHHHH... every time I think about it I just get SO SO SO excited!!! :) And everyone spoiled me on Christmas. Austin got my some beautiful flowers.. He know's that any kind of Lily is my fav! :) He got me clothes, shoes, movies, winter clothes (I didn't have any winter clothes and Austin was so shocked when I told him, so he took me shopping and got me such cute and warm winter clothes so I could go snowmachining with him, which we did with his parents and sister. :) The trees looked like hooville!! haha. :) It was such a blast! It was my first time snow machining and I loved it!! :) I hit 10,000 miles in my car.. YIKES!! haha. We celebrated New Year's with our family, and we hosted the party! It was a blast.. but poor little Lyla was sick and it was so sad. 

January has been full of hot chocolate with homeade marshmallows, leftover holiday candy, eating, getting calendars for our home.. haha. (Austin wanted the Justin Bieber calendar as a joke and so I really got it for him! :D), watching our kitties grow, and starting the winter semester of school. :)

Well Saturday we started DYW practice and I am teaching the fitness routine and the opening to the girls. They are such a fun group, and I'm excited to watch them that night.. they are going to do so great! :)

One more thing.. so Saturday night I had a paper and quiz due... I opened up the BYU-I site, got onto I-Learn, went to open the assignment to submit it, and our power went wack-o and came back on dim. The internet wasn't working so I started crying but I have the best husband and he helped me not freak out as much. When I woke up Sunday morning the internet was working again, so I submitted my assignment and then I was FREEZING!! Well come to find out our heater stopped working, so it was 40 degrees inside our house and -15 outside!! BRR brrr brrr!!!! We tried to get the heater fixed which made us late for church, and when we got home we got a hold of the heater guys and they told us a ton of things to do to get the heater working again, and we finally got it working!! :) Well Austin's dad and sister brought over a ton of heaters to help warm up our house which was SO nice of them!! :) Now I want an EdenPURE heater so bad!! hahaha. :) I've been sitting right next to it all day, but we have to take it back to them. haha. 

Well this morning we had power but found out that BYU-I didn't.. but since I have online classes, I didn't really have to worry about going up to campus for classes. haha. That was nice! :)

Tonight Austin and his dad are on their way to Utah to go to a Utah Jazz vs. Miami Heat game! :)

So I am blogging and I'm going to watch The Bachelor. haha. :)

We bought the globe at the forum in Minnesota, which the TSA thought was a bomb... hahaha. Well anyway.. It spins with natural light, and I put it next to my Christus because Christ watches over the world!! :) ya ya?? :)

I have to end this post with a picture of cute Lyla on New Year's Eve!! :) We just love her SO much!! :)

I am finally done catching up!! :)
